Terms and Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions of the club which you agree to when you register with Bayside Pirates Futsal Club (hereby referred to as ‘the Club’. These are as follows;
  1. All players are bound by the Bayside Pirates Futsal Club’s Rules Bayside Pirates Futsal Club is affiliated to Football Federation Victoria (FFV). All players have to be registered with the FFV.

  2. All players are bound by the Rules of the game, as outlined on FIFA’s website. http://www.fifa.com/aboutfifa/developing/futsal/index.html Follow the Futsal Rules link. Some Rules may be modified to suit the venue’s conditions. In this case the Rules become known as ‘Local Rules’.

  3. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that they have completed the FFV’s insurance form and are registered with the FFV. Forms are available from the Club’s Secretary or on line from the FFV. Players who have already registered with the FFV must provide their registration details to the Club’s Registrar. We strongly advise you to read carefully the FFV's Sports Insurance policies, etc, as not all injuries and medical expenses are covered by the Club’s insurance policy with the FFV’s insurers. http://www.jltsport.com.au/ffv/

  4. The Club has a ‘No Pay No Play’ policy. All players must be financial before they can play.

  5. If medical attention is required for any Junior player, in the event that neither parent or guardian is present, the Club’s Officials have the permission to seek and obtain medical treatment or hospitalization for that player. The Club will not be liable for any medical expenses, including urgent medical attention, which may not be covered by the Club’s insurance policy. It is the parents, guardians or Adult player’s responsibility to pay for any medical expenses and shortfalls incurred that is not covered by the Club’s insurance policy.

  6. All players, guardians and parents shall have no claim against the Club nor seek reimbursement from the Club, for any medical or like expenses incurred by the Club as a result of any injury suffered by any player in the course of training and / or competition. The exception being if the Club is negligent in its Duty of Care towards any players, as outlined by the FFV’s Code of Conduct.

  7. The Club has the right to publish photographs of any players for purposes of marketing and /or promotion of club activities, provided that these photos do not include any personal details of any player. If a player’s name is to be used, then prior authorization will be obtained from the parent or guardian.

  • Bad Beats are the Team to Beat!

    There were some double headers on Friday night, which saw a revamped Red Devils down Calcio90 11-4 and then draw 5-5 with the Salsa Boys.The Bad Beats only had one game, so they had plenty of gas in the tank to beat Salsa 8-4. Salsa were without their regular Keeper and Captain, who was trying to keep warm in the northern German city of Hamburg, which seems a long way to go to get out of playing a double header! More double headers next week, as the Finals get closer. Damian heads the Fair Play List and the Golden Boot Award. He is the man to beat this term.

  • 2009 MFL: one round to go!

    The Pirates Academy is busy training the players, with the Academy's MFL teams getting ready for the conclusion of the 2009 season and then the new 2010 season! New players are always welcome. We are also looking for girls aged 11 or 12 who want to join our MFL squad.If you have played Futsal (or Soccer) before and are interested in playing Futsal at a high level, then contact Mark via email.
